Xmas 2008

Well Xmas at our house was a intense ride almost like space mountain in Disneyland
It's Dark you don't know what to expect where it is going to turn for the worse or get better,,,
well I am happy to say it was a wonderful one filled with some very thankful & gratefull children.
As you know Lonnie lost his job in Oct suddenly and so hence it has been a horrible ride for us Physically, mentally & Financially.
we were so occupied with Logan taking his Missionary Lesson's for his Baptism (which btw is THIS saturday)
that we knew that there was no way at all we could even think of doing anything for the kids (which suprisingly Our kids were very understanding )
Anywhooo. There is no tree up no xmas decor strung through the house Because I personally was very Scrooge This year and i would constantly say xmas smish mas But that is because i could not do anything ..
Low and Behold Mrs Wendy Lou decides we must have a tree so she brings over a 5ft Real xmas tree, stand and lights for us (which i appreciated immensly)
Then the next day she has presents for under the tree for the kids and a few awesome Bannana chairs for each of the kids ...
At church on sunday the 22nd i am told that there are gifts for the kids that i need to pick up and i immediately begin to cry.
I had been asked by the Relief society president for a list of things for each of my kids and that they would see what they could do for us ..
So i pick up the items on xmas eve and we bring them home
That night as we were getting ready to place them around the tree we see that they all need to be wrapped so into the closet i go for wraping paper when a huge white bag falls out to my feet and out spills some webkins, xbox game and a dvd collection of wwe wrestling (Presents from Heaven That Dad had bought) and we forgot about ..
and what do you know Jayedyn wants a new webkins a seal , camden & Mayson want a webkins and kj wanted a xbox game, logan has wanted these dvd's for awhile ..
We wrap everything and place it under the tree for the kids and ya know i was so Thankful for what i had been blessed with it did not even bother me ...

The next morning the kids wake up and open each gift and all you can hear is excitement and Grattitude not one horrible remark
I really have been blessed with some great kids i probably don't tell them enough but i love each and everyone of them individually in their own way even there attitudes and quirks ..

Okay so i have some exciting news that i am blogging all at once so bear with me ...

Well last night Logan had his 1st missionary lessons, because he is 9 now and that is required .
i was just amazed at his knowledge , and just blown away at his wanting to be a member and have the Holy Ghost
i don't usually give him his props because he is a very quiet ,independant kid most of the time he likes to stay by himself and there have been many a days where i don't see him except at dinner time ...lol

He is so ready to be baptized , I am so proud of him.....

i think that everything that happened in my life has been for a reason So that we could get back into the swing of things and to cherish the Gospel that so many people are missing ...

As far as my spiritual feeling :
I am currently STRUGGLING with my marriage.. but i am holding on dearly for all the blessings of my family, I want to be in love again with the man i married and i want a husband who can baptize our children but i don't think that is in the cards for me .... I believe he is in there still... and am trying so patiently to hold on to our 15 yr marriage
with the economy the way it is and Lonnie loosing his job it has put a huge strain on things i am noticing alot more than what i did not see now that he is home
I know that i do not notice the good things that he has done for me
i have been so busy noticing the negative because i have felt so alone .. and i know that i am not perfect but there is not a whole lot i need to change about myself ..
We are currently trying to mend this relationship and find out if we are meant to be together ...
This last week has been a dream come true He has shared in the jobs of the house and Kids
it has been a team effort 50/50
and if it can stay that way i think it may work .... I believe that to be the hardest thing for me is doing it all by myself ... Ya Know .


My kids have been off track for 14 days now and all in all it has been a pleasant experience The only thing that i am sad about is we had all these fun things planned to do and now with the lack of money and a non-registered vehicle we are stuck at home..
So here is my kids top 5 list of the activities they have been doing while Home..

Khrystian-

1. not going to bed until 1 am (ARGH)

2. watching as many movies as he can

3. playing on the PSP

4. eating me outta house and home

5.playing on the Xbox


Logan-

1.playing on the xbox

2.whine about cleaning(then cleaned it)

3.eating me outta house and home

4.catching up on ZZZZZ's

5. writing and drawing a book about Zombies


Jayedyn-

1.staying in pj's all day

2. watching alot of animal planet

3.catching up on some ZZZZ's

Camden-

Dec 9th
Well i am once again a aunt !!!!


Ivee MaryBeth Is here she was born on Dec 9th at 4:37 A.M
she weighs 7 pds 5 oz and is 19 1/2 inches long and she is a doll







I was able to be in the room and witness her birth it is so amazing to see a new life come into the world . when she was crowning i had tears in my eyes which honestly has not happened for quite some time. yes i see lil babies and think oh cute but for some reason this lil doll had me overwhelmed with so many emotions I think it is because my sister is finally with a awesome Husband and she truly is Happy ..
I am thankful for the nieces and nephews that i have and Love you all even though i do not say it a much as i should .....

THE SPOTTED ZEBRA BOUTIQUE DEC.13th:
I was beyond so excited to be part of a awesome boutique this weekend , i was sewing away my house looks like no one has lived in it for so long ..LOL
I have a plaque that say's NO my house is not under construction Kids just live here
and that is so true ...
I decided that i needed to make some money off of my sewing talent so i started my own Esty shop

I posted my twilight inspired aprons on the TM forum and got a few orders so i immediately started sewing away
I had 8 of my backpacks that i did for Fork's and 5 Aprons ready to roll out the door Here is just a sample
I woke up thursday morning exhausted from the many Hospital visits to my sister and was so excited to walk out the door Friday morn
Lonnie got home from school and checked his cell phone only to find he had a 2nd interview on friday morning and another interview at 2 that day also
So i decided i would sit out friday and just be there on Sat.

A very close call:
Friday night i took the kiddos to our ward xmas party where we had entertainment , food and Santa
Came home and started Tagging all my items with my vendor # Finished that . Put the kids to bed (so i thought)

i am just sitting down to jump into my pj's when In walks a Blue Mayson, Now mind you it is not Blue like he had colored himself with a marker ..... i immediately freak out and panic the only time i have ever seen anyone like that is on tv and it is usually a sign of not breathing... i pick him up and he immediately starts throwing up, I rush him into the car and we are off to the ER

we get there and he is immediately taken from my arms as i am bawling incontrolably and rushed to the back i am then escorted to a desk and begin the 20 questions about what he did when he did it . and all i can think is FOOD POISIONING from the xmas party .

I am able to go back with him after the longest 20 mins where he is laying so quietly.
i am praying that he will be okay, they have a iv started and he is taking something through his Iv because after a ultrasound his Lungs are starting to shut down...

I am beginning to think this is the last time i will see my baby boy
I then let my rage take over and i call Lonnie and tell him to wake up every one of the kids and drill the Hell outta them ... 5 mins later i run back in and scream he Drank Windex "
They immediately start pumping his lil body with some horrible charcoal crap and i am escorted out of the room
I found out that Camden was playing with the windex and poured it into Mayson's Bug Juice container, which irronically enough the juice was blue so Mayson did not think anything of it...

After an hour a nurse comes out and tells me he is stable he is breathing through a tube in his throat but i can go back now ...

I rush back and just sit and hold his hand he has been given something to keep him calm and he is just laying there BUT at least he is not Blue ...

i end up calling Lonnie and let him know the info ...
another hour goes by and the doctor comes in to take the tube outta of his throat ,,, He does not like that at all..

We are sent upstairs and i am told that he will have to stay for a bit to monitor...
i end up crawlin into the bed, with mayson on my chest and fall asleep
Hoping that when i wake up this would all be a horrible dream only to be awaken by social services to be drilled more about what has happened ....

At least the lady was nice i was telling her that i have 5 kids and that Mayson is the only one who has ever done anything like this and she say's well then i would say that is a great thing for you...

Of course i start to feel really guilty about sewing and just being crazy with everything and she assures me that i am doing great ...

after that is over we are able to get a few hours of sleep (as much as you can get with nurses coming in to check vitals and stuff..

Mayson wakes up and tells me that he wants pancakes for breakfast and so he gets pancakes he eats them all and is able to keep it all down so they finally discharge us at 12:00 pm

I get him home and he is out he is so tired i lay him on my bed and Out walks Jayedyn ready to go to the boutique
Feeling like a hoorible mom who has to keep her promise i load her up into the car and off we go ..

It was fun looking at all the stuff but i was entirely too tired to really look
I did however do a good thing

Those who know me Will tell you that i have a huge purse addiction
i had walked in planning on spending my money On a MUMZEY Twilight bag (yes another Purse )
BUt after looking at quite a few i WALKED away !!!!
Yes please help the people who just collapsed on the Floor get up .......
Yes I walked away
They even had a few purses downstairs and i WALKED away from those also, Trust me they had some cute ones ............

i have only had My purse that i got at Gardener village maybe a month and i am still just loving the heck out of it.. I guess my mind was just not in the right mind set or maybe just maybe i have over came that crazy part of my inner addiction (We shall see)

i did however get a scensty warmer (LOVE<> love love scentsy)
i bought Jayedyn a Usbourne Book and signed up to host a party on Jan 9th so keep that date available You can never have to many books i say!!!

after a long ,exhausting night I let Jayedyn spend the night with her nieces because she had not seen Them in a while
Came home to my tornado of a house started to clean up and just ended up playing with my kids and holding my lil terror Mayson all night if i could have swaddled him and made him a baby again i so would have in a heartbeat But ,, he is no longer a baby The sad fact is none of my kids are no longer babies and i am just going to have to cherish the moments i have with them Now ....

A few hours later and we are awaken to the pounding on the door and all i hear is B jumping up screaming Fork You ! Guess what we have the keys to the car and the group is ready to head out for the hike Flashlights and all Brooke jumps into her clothes and she is out the door I just lay on the bed like a corpse and fall back into my sleep state...

Brooke comes back from the hike and i look up and say So was it NRG !! we both start laughing and crash hard for a few more hours Missing the Forks tour of the school and such . We get dressed and start are walk to the park for Stephenie meyer day

I was trying to re-inact Bella getting smushed by Tyler's van but i just wasn't that flexible or Tall enough ... LOL!



The look alike contest begins and of course we have our Rosalie, Victoria and Alice in the TM's

After the festivities at Tillacum Park we had to head back to La push Because the quiellute indians were doing a wolf dance and Bon fire on the Beach...

After the Dance we made our way down to the freezing Beach and i borrowed Genell's Hoodie because mine was back at the Hotel .. It was awesome to be on the beach at night with the bonfire's lit up all over ...

The next morning we packed up and went our seperate ways but not for long The Nrg is taking over and we are planning to party some more
